THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER, AND CLICK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY EOCART.COM OR CLICK TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

COPYRIGHT
The software is not open source or freeware. The EOCart software, including templates, graphics and any other elements (collectively known as software) are protected by copyright laws and by international treaty provisions. You may not recreate, disassemble, distribute or otherwise use the software or any parts of it for personal or professional gain outside of its intended scope of use at EOCart.com; the software shall be available only at www.EOCart.com.

LICENSE
You are granted a license for use of the software only. The software, source code and any components remain the sole property of Click Technologies, Inc.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The software and the accompanying files, or the special editions of the software, are provided "as is" and without any warranties expressed or implied. In no event shall Click Technologies, Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption or lost information) resulting from the use of or inability to use the software or services.

GENERAL
Click Technologies, Inc., does not sell, share or rent any customer information to others. When you supply information about you for a specific purpose, the information will be used for that purpose only.

Failure to comply with this license agreement will result in immediate termination of your license without refund. You will also be held responsible for any loss in business caused to EOCart.com or Click Technologies, Inc. This license will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. This agreement may be modified from time to time and without notification as needed. Although reasonable action will be taken to notify customers of any changes, it is the responsibility of the customer to review this agreement from time to time to be kept up-to-date with any changes.
